我們每次喝茶，外面的鳥不停在叫，動物很敏銳，其實它是跟我們這個頻率共振。我們的頻率如果調整到地球的頻率，當你進入跟高我共振的時候，那個頻率能夠高2倍到3倍，能夠進入宇宙的頻道。這些鳥散發出來的頻道、這個自然的頻率就是地球的頻率，共振以後、跟我們內在連結以後，那個頻道就會一下子多很多倍，就進入了宇宙頻道。

Every time we drink tea together, the birds keep singing outside, as animals are sensitive–they are actually resonating with our vibration.  When our vibration aligns to the rhythm of the Earth, and we begin to resonate with our Higher Self, that frequency can rise two to  threefold, entering into the universal channel. The vibrations the birds emit, which align the rythm of nature, are the very frequency of Earth. When we resonate with it and connect it within, the channel amplifies manifold and carries us into the cosmic frequency.
