光的旅程，就是淨化了自己的思想，然後進入內在，開始使用我們意識的時候，那個意識本身就是一種光，呈現的光體。我們的意識、這個光體進入我們的晶體以後，光的強度隨著就會變得更光亮，這就是我們講的每一個人的光在哪裡。

The journey of light begins with purifying our thoughts. As we turn inward using our consciousness, we find that this very consciousness is a form of light—a radiant light body. When this light body–our consciousness–enters our crystalline essence, its brightness intensifies. This is what we mean when we speak of where everyone’s light is.
