地球變化很快，很久以前我們就一直提醒：地球要改變，高等世界很多也透過靈訊一直傳遞給地球。因為地球這種模式，到後面我們像快窒息一樣。現在地球一直成長，如果我們沒有加速調整自己、改變自己，生命就會變得越來越艱辛、越辛苦。

Earth is now undergoing rapid transformation. For a long time, we have been warning that the Earth will shift. Higher realms have also continuously transmitted these spiritual messages to Earth. In its former way, Earth would eventually have left us feeling nearly suffocated. Now the planet continues to evolve; if we do not accelerate our own adjustment and transformation, life will only grow more difficult and burdensome.
