真正的道就是在很簡單的生活當中，最高等的東西都是最簡單、最真實的東西。其實改變一個心念，你能量的頻道就不太一樣，所以觀念的改變是最快的。如果你不思過、整天在此執著自己努力打坐，你的觀念沒改，花幾十年、幾百年，你的進化、進步也很有限。

True Tao resides in life’s simplest moments. The highest truths are the simplest and most real. Change a single thought, and your channel of energy shifts. Thus, the quickest transformation comes through a change of mind. If you never examine yourself, but cling to meditation alone without shifting your view, then even after decades or centuries, your progress will remain limited.
