2024/10/22 為了保護這個地球還能存活，只有釋放、犧牲一部分的東西，一切都是能量的交換。To ensure the survival of the Earth, we must release and sacrifice something—everything is an exchange of energy.  
2024/10/21 地球是在一直調整，高等世界當然沒有這些災難，因為它沒有這些負能量。The Earth is undergoing constant adjustments. Naturally, higher realms do not experience such disasters because they doesn’t have these negative energy.
2024/10/20 我們身心也是一直在平衡，情緒是通往我們靈魂的捷徑，但是不能被情緒控制，一直在調整、平衡。Our body and spirit are constantly seeking balance, where emotions act as a shortcut path to the soul. Yet we must not be controlled by emotions.  Continuously adjust, align, and balance yourself.
2024/10/19 不平衡的時候，情緒就多，就跟地球一樣，雨水下太多的時候，水庫如果不泄洪、不放掉一些，就會危及它的安全。When we are unbalanced, emotions accumulate, just like the earth. When too much rain falls and the reservoir does not discharge or release some of the water, it endangers the land.
